They should know every inch of their P&L, Balance sheet, actual v forecast, break-even and more but in our experience, most only give a passing interest beyond the cash in the bank, which customers owe them money, and how much the tax man wants this quarter.
The attitude that “my accountant will tell me what I need to know” is frankly a BS cop out.
